By purchasing or using Appetite UI, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Appetite UI is a digital product provided as a one-time purchase. Upon successful payment, customers receive immediate access to the product.
License: Appetite UI may be used for personal and commercial purposes but cannot be redistributed, resold, or sublicensed in any form.
Updates: All future updates are included free of charge for licensed customers.
Payment Terms:
Payment is processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. Prices are listed in USD and include VAT where applicable.
Access to Product:
Upon successful payment, customers will receive a download link via email to access Appetite UI.
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final, and refunds are not offered. By purchasing, you agree to waive your right to withdrawal under EU consumer protection laws once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
Support is available via email at hi@appetiteui.com. We aim to respond within a maximum of 5 business days.
Support is limited to issues directly related to accessing or using Appetite UI.
Any disputes arising from the use or purchase of Appetite UI will be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
Appetite UI and all associated materials, including components, variables, and screens, are the intellectual property of Bohuslav Poláček. Unauthorized redistribution or reselling is strictly prohibited.
